Application in waste incineration
When waste is thermally recycled, the high temperatures, moisture and aggressive ingredients often cause deposits and blockages that can disrupt and possibly interrupt the operating process.
Areas such as the boiler, slag bunker or residue silos are particularly susceptible to deposits. Removing these is often very time-consuming and frequently only possible during planned shutdowns.
With our ATD-Pressure Gas System, cleaning is generally during process possible.
Shutdowns can therefore be reduced and throughput increased.
Special installation units, such as the ATD-Base Sockets, can help here on the boiler walls, ensuring constant access to the attachments and at the same time protecting the more sensitive insulation and brick linings. In most cases, a few installation units are sufficient to free the boiler from all attachments.
