Mass storage applications
Bulk storage tanks are central components of industrial plants for storing large quantities of bulk materials such as cement, lime, gypsum, coal, ore or grain. Typical examples are:
- Silos
- Bunker
- Funnel
- Storage container
In many production processes, these storage systems must be operated continuously and without interruption to ensure material flow and system efficiency.
These problems may occur:
- Blockages and bridging
- Build-Ups and material hardening
- Blockadges in outlets
