ATD-Discharge heads are available in different versions. Build-ups can be removed through various blow-out openings. In combination with the ATD-Tube middle section and the Tubehead, the discharge head is one of the main components of the ATD-System CARDOX.
The Tube middle section is the main part of our ATD-System. Manufactured in our in-house production in Dortmund, under the strictest quality controls and individual approvals. Always in stock in a wide range of dimensions.
The ATD-Tube Clamp enables the secure fixing of DG-Tubes wherever a Base Socket cannot be welded on. It is attached directly to the Tube and secured with a steel cable. Particularly suitable for applications in silos, under water or in areas that are difficult to access. Available in two sizes – suitable for all ATD DG-Tubes.
The different DG-Tubes require customized Operating Material, consisting of: DG-Generators 8, 10 or 11, CU-Rings and Shear-Discs.
The ATD-Drill Guide supports the precise drilling of mortises – even in hard materials. In combination with the rotary drill rod, drill bit and ATD-Base Socket, it ensures secure guidance, prevents slipping and guarantees exact drilling point accuracy.
Prolongation Tubes are available for all our DG-Tubes and in any desired length up to the size of the DG-Tube used. In addition to the standard type, we offer Prolongation Tubes with point-shaped and wedge-shaped tips.
Available with manual, electric, or pneumatic operation depending on the application – designed for high temperatures and demanding materials. Precisely matched to the diameter of the DG tubes.
Our ATD-Target Blaster is a high-pressure nozzle made of heat and chemical resistant steel. It can be installed in the critical area during the production process and remains in position, ready to perform its function. The lengths and Dischargenozzles are individual and customized.
Even a straight discharge is possible by offering a 100% safe locking of the ATD-Tube during blasting.
